Online Grievance Redressal system has a separate dashboard for a different type of users including student, admin and grievance cell members help to maintain confidentiality in the grievance procedure.


The user panel within the online grievance system lets users register for an account post which they can lodge complaints.

There is a ‘forgot password panel’ that lets users recover their account credentials via email resetting password link.

Additionally, it lets users view all complaint tickets created by them, view replies posted by grievance cell members and also add attachments to support their complaints/issues.

  •   Users can register for an account using the quick and easy register page.
  •   Users can post grievance by registering an account.
  •   Login System comes with a Forgotten Password page, to allow users to reset their password via email.
  •   Users can change their user settings, including profile image and password.
  •   Users are allowed to view all the Grievance tickets they have created and made.
  •   View status and a reply to the complaints posted
  •   View notifications from the grievance cell members
  •   Attach supporting files in favor of the complaint/grievance


  •   Users can post grievance either by registering an account.
  •   Additional field for category and subcategory of grievance.
  •   Assign complaints to grievance cell members based on the complaint nature/type.
  •   Get notifications of newly created tickets with the notification system (includes email alerts).
  •   Tickets can be rated by users; you can view rated tickets.
  •   Easily search for tickets on the system.
  •   Each ticket can have a staff member assigned to it.
  •   Your Tickets section shows all the tickets that have been created in categories you are added to.
  •   Your Assigned Tickets section shows all tickets you have been assigned to.
  •   Settings to edit and reset profile
  •   Option to view complaints sent by the user.
  •   Report generating feature to create an account on the total/pending/closed complaints, assigning start and end date.
  •   Option to send a reply to the complaints along with attachments, if any
  •   Re-open complaints and give a satisfactory solution


The admin panel lets perform a wide array of functions such as adding grievance cell members, creating and monitoring accounts of the grievance committee. The admin can view and manage complaints send by the user and can also verify registered users to check their authenticity.

The system allows the generation of fully customized reports. Reports include all important detail such as ticket status, category, complaint type, date of posting, actions taken etc. There is also an option to download the report in excel and pdf format.

  •   View a detailed graph of open and closed tickets for a specific date range.
  •   View recently rated tickets.
  •   View how many tickets they have been assigned to a particular cell member.
  •   Can view and edit all the tickets including ticket status, category etc.
  •   The report will include complaint category, subject line, complaint type, date of posting, complaint status, the name of complainant, actions taken etc.
